#1 – Maintenance Director – Upper Cape  

Full Time: Responsible for ongoing and preventative maintenance of all of the facility's buildings and grounds. This role also ensures the effectiveness of waste disposal, snow removal and pest control. Qualified candidates possess the ability to perform routine mechanical and structural repairs and a working knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations, OSHA Standards and Life Safety Codes are required. Adherence to the principals of resident rights, resident and employee confidentiality, EEO and ADA required.    Supervisory experience preferred. #2- Sales Supervisor, Technology

Full Time: Provide exceptional customer service and have our customer's needs in mind while helping them find a total solution for his/her technology needs. Must possess a  passion for "tech" and extensive knowledge of products to advise customers and sell technology products and services. Responsible as a team lead in driving tech sales, training and coaching team members on selling techniques, and inspiring team members. Lead a team committed to operational excellence in driving profitable sales and margin.  Be flexible to perform merchandising, operations, maintain a clean store, other duties as assigned    Able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends) and 1+ year experience selling technology related products or service. Experience leading a team and/or supervising others  Preferred skills and experience: Experience using financial metrics to track sales progress & increase sales  + Key holder experience within a retail environment.  Good salary plus great benefits
