Job #1 – Property Management Manager – Outer Cape

Full Time:  Provide administrative and clerical support to the Property Management team.

Answer phones to address inquiries regarding housing. Maintain office services and efficiency by maintenance of resident files and filing systems, perform clerical functions, and order and monitor office supplies. Assists the Director with marketing of vacant units, gathering and preparing compliance reporting, generate monthly rent roll, monthly arrearage report for Director and generate appropriate correspondence. Assist in compliance reporting. Will prepare accounts payable requests. Must have minimum of 2 years of experience in providing administrative support and have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Constant Contact. Salary is $50,000-$55,000 annually with benefits.

Job #2 – Training Manager – Mid Cape

Full Time: Conduct pre-hire skills assessment for job candidates and report results to appropriate management. Develop and manage comprehensive on-boarding program with a focus on development and assessment. Design, compile, and manage meaningful measures of productivity and aptitude to identify training needs and support individual and company-wide training goals. Collaborate with Sales Manager, Purchasing Director, Operations Manager, and HR Manager to develop needs analysis, design, implementation, and sustainment planning for all training programs. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience required and minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate training, preferably in the building supply industry. Salary range $60,000-$75,000 annually with full benefits.
