Strongest winds from 2 AM through noon Sat. Gusts between 50 & 60 mph for the Cape and Islands, where Tropical Storm Warnings are posted. 30 to 40 mph gusts are anticipated for the rest of eastern MA/RI. Isolated to scattered power outages possible.
